Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Customers are required to inspect items upon arrival. 

Items are only accepted for return or refund if they are in original packaging and all tags are attached.

Customers have 48 hours upon delivery to contact Baby BaLUCA via email regarding defects, incorrect items, or other issues.

**In the special case in which a customer decides to cancel an unfulfilled order, that is not preorder, the customer will be required to pay a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from their refund total.

Defects/Errors

If an item received is defective or has cosmetic errors you will need to reach out within 48 hours of delivery. A shipping label will be emailed and items will be inspected and fixed.
